Our Community Commercial Model is simple – offer low rent commercial spaces on the ground floor, and standard apartments above. Income from the apartments helps support the growth of local business, which works to bolster the community at large.
Rental Property Philosophy
Our rental philosophy is straightforward. We will not offer a space for rent if we would not live in the property ourselves.
All of our rentals have tile and hardwood throught, stainless steel appliances, updated services, and bright modern spaces.
